Add 1-2 bamboo scoops (about 1-2 teaspoons) of matcha powder to your bowl. Use the included strainer for the smoothest texture!

Add 2-3 oz of hot water (175°F / 80°C). Not boiling! Think "almost boiling" - let it cool for a minute after boiling.
Step 3: Whisk
