Add 2-3 oz of hot water (175°F / 80°C). Not boiling! Think "almost boiling" - let it cool for about a minute after boiling.
Step 3: Whisk
Using your bamboo whisk, whisk rapidly in an M or W motion for 15-20 seconds. You'll know it's ready when you see a beautiful frothy layer on top!
Step 4: Enjoy
